Getting started

Potion is a public registry and product workspace for reusable AI artifacts. Start by browsing the directory, then open an artifact to compare its publisher, version, license, compatibility, permissions, and checksums.

Create a Potion account

Open the product app, register with an email address, and verify that address before publishing, buying, or creating credentials. Verification and password-reset links expire after one hour.

Choose an artifact

Prefer verified publishers, review permissions before installation, and pin a semantic version when reproducibility matters. Premium source remains private until Potion confirms an active entitlement.

Install safely

Clawk and API clients resolve a manifest before downloading an archive. Compare the returned SHA-256 checksum, inspect declared permissions, and keep secrets in environment variables rather than artifact configuration.
